Terms of Service

This is the agreement between you and Linetta. We've written it like humans: what we promise, what we ask in return, and where the lines are. By using Linetta, you agree to these terms.

What Linetta is

Linetta is an AI journal: you capture a thought by voice, by text or on a call, and the service returns structure, an emotion and questions that go deeper. The product is in beta, so features may change, appear and disappear.

Your account

Most features require sign-in (for example, via Google). You're responsible for keeping access to your email safe and for activity under your account. Minimum age is 16.

Not medical care

Linetta helps you think and reflect, but it is not therapy, a doctor or a crisis service. AI reflections can be wrong — don't rely on them for important decisions about health, finances or safety. If you're struggling or in crisis, contact a professional or your local emergency service.

Acceptable use

Do: journal for yourself. Don't: break or overload the service, bypass limits and rate caps, use other people's data without the right, upload unlawful content, or pass AI output off as professional advice to third parties.

Your content

Everything you write stays yours. You grant us a limited permission to store and process your entries solely to run the service — to save, reflect and show them back to you. We claim no ownership of your writing. Processing details live in the Privacy Policy.

Subscription and payment

Basic reflection is free. Some capabilities are part of the paid Depth subscription. Terms, prices and billing are shown before you confirm a purchase. During the beta, paid features may be limited or free.

No warranty and limited liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep Linetta stable and careful with your data, but we can't guarantee zero downtime or AI errors. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages from using the service. Always keep your own copy of what matters — that's what export is for.

Termination

You can delete your account and data anytime in Settings. We may suspend access for abuse or breach of these terms. Exporting before you leave is a good idea.
